Job Description
Job Summary The HR Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s growth by effectively managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both IT and non-IT positions. The ideal candidate will be experienced, dedicated, and proactive in researching various talent acquisition platforms, screening and selecting suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding. This role also includes policy creation, employee management, reporting, and handling formalities related to employee exit processes. The HR Executive will additionally be responsible for setting employee targets and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
