This role within the People Analytics team is crucial for supporting data-informed talent decisions across the organization. This individual will leverage their analytical acumen and attention to detail to process complex Human Capital Management (HCM) data and assist in translating it into actionable insights for senior stakeholders, including Regional HCM Heads, Divisional Heads, Chiefs of Staff, and the Executive Office.
