Are you passionate about people, processes, and creating meaningful employee experiences? We’re looking for a Human Capital Intern to support our HR team across key areas including People Development, Operations, and Process Regulatory & Compliance .
This is a great opportunity for students who want hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR functions and make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
1. People Development Intern
- Support onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Prepare onboarding materials, ID requests, system access, and welcome kits
- Assist in employee records management and HR documentation
- Provide support in learning & development activities (trainings, logistics, evaluations)
- Help generate HR reports, dashboards, and research insights
