Key Responsibilities Ensure the implementation and compliance of Human Capital policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Botswana labour legislation and organisational requirements. Maintain and manage all Human Capital governance documentation and records. Ensure employee records are accurate, secure, and maintained in accordance with data protection and record management requirements. Coordinate Human Capital initiatives and projects aligned to the organisation's Human Capital Strategy. Provide advice and guidance to management on Human Capital matters. Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes. Ensure recruitment activities comply with organisational standards and employment legislation. Process manpower requisitions, appointments, transfers, promotions, and employee movement documentation. Facilitate onboarding and induction programmes for all new employees.
