Job Description
SF Partners are working with a brilliant, established and growing business in Coventry CV6 in recruiting a Hub/Distribution Centre Manager.
Working pattern: full time typically 4pm - 12pm
Salary: £43,500
To have overall responsibility for the operation and performance of the National Hub, the linehaul network / trunking suppliers and Coventry DC. To monitor budgets, ensuring the most cost effective solutions are utilised. Assume full management responsibilities for the site staff and third party suppliers, ensuring all key performance indicators and monthly stats are exceeding targets. To ensure H & S processes including environmental are adhered to at all times and that ISO standards are implemented and maintained.
Encourage and motivate all reporting teams and local business partners and suppliers. To ensure key performances are managed to the required standards.
