Summary

HTST Operator leads the product pasteurization during their shift and knowing their equipment is working properly. Having accurate documentation and a clean and well-maintained work area is integral in this role.

Responsibilities

Ensure that we have a safe workplace. If a safety issue comes up contact your lead or Supervisor Ensure proper documentation on charts. These are legal documents that need to be legible and accurate Ensure that seals are in place and document any that are broken or missing. If not documented, or if one needs to be broken for any reason, notify supervisor or QA. Ensure that CIPs are printed out immediately after washing is finished and check for proper trending of temp, flow, titration, and time. If any of these are in question, swab equipment.
