Job Description
The HSSE Advisor leads the strategic development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) Management System. The role provides governance and policy direction across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and compliance with local regulatory requirements. This includes guiding and supporting all departments on HSSE matters, overseeing enforcement of HSSE policies and procedures, and strengthening the organisation’s safety culture through proactive risk management and operational discipline.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of HSSE experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably within the Upstream sector
- Strong knowledge of HSSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices
- Solid understanding of local and regional HSSE regulatory requirements across the APAC region
