Take on a pivotal role as an HSEQ Management Advisor with ATCO Frontec at the Jansen Discovery Lodge. Enhance workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
As an HSEQ Advisor, you will be a key member of the multidisciplinary Camp Services team, tasked with implementing and overseeing the HSEQ Management Program. Your expertise in health, safety, and environmental practices will be essential in guiding the team toward improved safety standards in remote settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regular site audits and training staff on HSEQ
• Develop and maintain HSEQ guidelines and documentation
• Complete job hazard analysis and site inspections
• Conduct audits and manage inspection programs
• Monitor and track corrective actions for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Education in Health and Safety is required
• CRSP Designation or scheduled for completion
• Minimum of seven years in the field
