The HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager will lead the development and implementation of world-class safety, health and environmental systems that support the sustainable operation of the mine and processing facilities. Key Activities: Safety Leadership Develop and implement HSE strategy. Promote a proactive safety culture. Ensure compliance with MHSA and environmental legislation. Risk Management Lead hazard identification and risk assessments. Develop mitigation plans. Ensure effective emergency preparedness. Compliance Maintain legal compliance registers. Liaise with regulatory authorities. Coordinate audits and inspections. Incident Management Lead incident investigations. Implement corrective actions. Analyse trends and provide recommendations.
