Overview
Sweco PM is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Manager/Coordinator to serve as a safety expert on construction sites across Finland. The role involves leading health, safety, and environmental efforts throughout project lifecycles, planning and monitoring risk management, coordinating HSE training, and reporting deviations.
Responsibilities
- Provide HSE leadership on project sites across Finland from project initiation through completion.
- Plan, implement, and monitor risk management activities
- Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for project teams
- Identify, report, and oversee the addressing of HSE deviations and non‑conformities
- Collaborate with project managers and site managers to ensure compliance with HSE requirements
