Job Description
Become a key player in safety management as an HSE Coordinator with Strike Group in Crossfield, Alberta. Focus on guiding teams in implementing the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System.
The HSE Coordinator role requires strong analytical and communication abilities. Collaborate with management to develop and enforce site-specific safety plans while conducting regular worksite inspections. Your efforts will aim to enhance overall safety culture, integrating training and compliance into everyday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Prepare and lead safety training programs
ā¢ Monitor safety observation cards and incident reports

Requirements:
