Job Description
HSE Integrated Ltd is seeking an H2S Professional based in Mount Pearl, NL, to ensure worker safety in hydrogen sulfide environments. You'll manage gas detection and conduct safety assessments on site.
In this casual position, you will play a key role in enforcing safety protocols related to H2S and hazardous gases. Your responsibilities include operating gas detection equipment, performing pre-job checks, and leading safety discussions with the team. You will also document safety activities and assist in incident response coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and maintain H2S detection and breathing air systems
• Monitor conditions and enforce site-specific safety measures
• Conduct risk assessments and safety checks before operations
• Collaborate with medical and fire response teams during incidents
• Document safety practices and equipment logs accurately
