Get hands-on HSE experience in an active mining and manufacturing site, working directly in the field to improve safety performance.
Our Madoc, ON facility operates a fully integrated mining and manufacturing site where we produce and distribute coloured granules used in shingle production. The operation includes a 400-acre open pit mine, an industrial crushing and colouring plant, distribution services, and ongoing construction projects.
What You’ll Do
As an HSE Co-op Student, you will gain hands-on experience supporting health, safety, and environmental programs in a dynamic industrial setting:
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSE management system aligned with systems like ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and COR certification requirements
