HSE Advisor
Work Location: Yellowknife, NT
Reports to: HSE Manager
Department: Safety, People & Culture
We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Field Advisor to support our growing team. This is a field-focused role with regular fly-in/fly-out travel to remote and northern project sites. You’ll partner closely with operations to strengthen safety performance through hands‑on coaching, auditing and on‑site support across KBL’s diverse locations.
What You’ll Do
- Travel to remote and northern sites on a fly-in/fly-out basis to provide direct HSE support
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal standards
