About The Role
As our HSE Advisor, you’ll work closely with operational leaders and frontline teams across the Thames-Coromandel and wider region, providing practical, hands‑on HSE guidance. You’ll play a key role in embedding strong safety practices, supporting incident investigations, and helping us continuously improve how we look after our people.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with leaders and field staff to foster a strong, values‑led safety culture
- Providing advice, coaching, safety training and support across all things Health, Safety & Environment
- Leading and supporting incident investigations using ICAM methodology
