HSE Advisor

Location: Leduc, AB or Grande Prairie, AB

General Statement of Duties:

  • Under the direction of the divisional Manager of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), and in close collaboration with the regional Operations team, this position supports field activities to ensure they are conducted safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, client expectations, and industry best practices.
  • This role is field-focused and operations-aligned, requiring extensive travel to Savanna’s field operations throughout Alberta and Northeast British Columbia. The expected work balance is approximately 80% field and 20% office.
  • The HSE Advisor plays an important role in supporting Savanna’s Operational Excellence goals by helping field leaders and crews achieve reliable service, disciplined execution, capable crew development, safe movement, and continuous improvement.
