Key Responsibilities
HRIS & Digital Transformation
Lead the evolution and optimization of the HRIS (Workday), ensuring performance, adoption, and alignment with business needs.
Ensure data quality, system consistency, and proper integration with Finance and IT tools.
Act as the internal expert across all modules and support users in adopting the system.
People Analytics & HR Performance Management
Design and maintain dashboards and an HR Scorecard covering key workforce indicators.
Deliver high-value analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Enable HR teams and managers to leverage data and strengthen data-driven capabilities.
