This role provides production support, responds to incoming HRIS requests, maintains data integrity, assists with testing, reporting, security administration, documentation, and continuous process improvement while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Finance, and IT. RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Provide day-to-day support for UKG Pro and other HR systems.
+ Research and resolve HRIS/system issues, unexpected results, and process deficiencies.
+ Respond to incoming HRIS requests and maintain service levels.
+ Assist in development and maintenance of reports using UKG reporting tools and IBM Cognos Analytics (Business Intelligence).
