Key Responsibilities
- Lead organizational design and workforce planning.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and improve performance management systems based on KPIs and company values.
- Manage learning and development initiatives.
- Oversee HR operations, compliance, employee relations, and employer branding.
- Develop and lead the existing HR team.
