Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with Global R&D leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR support on team development and organization effectiveness.
• Act as the on-site HR partner for the Wuhan R&D site, owning local HR initiatives, employee experience, and day-to-day HR operations.
• Support cross-cultural collaboration and effective communication across regions.
• Deliver high-quality execution of HR cycles compensation, calibration) and provide data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with global HR to ensure alignment on key talent standards and programs.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Preferred 3-5 years of HR Generalist / HRBP experience, preferably in R&D or tech environment.
