Job Responsibilities:
β’ Partner with Global R&D leaders to understand business priorities and provide HR support on team development and organization effectiveness.
β’ Act as the on-site HR partner for the Wuhan R&D site, owning local HR initiatives, employee experience, and day-to-day HR operations.
β’ Support cross-cultural collaboration and effective communication across regions.
β’ Deliver high-quality execution of HR cycles compensation, calibration) and provide data-driven insights.

Job Requirements:
β’ βBachelorβs degree or above in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
