Project HR & Administration
Lead end-to-end HR operations for Roads & Highways projects.
Ensure smooth functioning of project HR and administration activities across multiple locations.
Monitor manpower deployment, onboarding, transfers, employee records, and exit processes.
Coordinate with site HR teams to maintain consistent HR practices.
