The HR Business Partner Iberia supports the business strategy by developing and delivering the people strategy in Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on partnering with Elanco business leaders in the respective countries to attract, retain, and develop talent while building high‑performing teams. It also manages the ER/IR relationship with the local works council.
Responsibilities
- Thought Leadership and Strategic Partnership : partners with business leaders and COEs to develop the cluster business strategy and corresponding HR strategies; member of the cluster leadership team.
- Talent Management and Staff Development : coaches supervisors and develops strategies to retain and develop key talent, including leadership talent.
- Organization Diagnosis, Intervention Design and Change Management : advises and influences leaders to design the cluster appropriately for strategic objectives.
