Job Summary
As the HR Business Partner (HRBP) specializing in Talent Management, Learning & Performance, you will work closely with business leaders, managers, and employees to build and execute HR strategies that support the company's growth. Your primary focus will be to drive a high‑performance culture, support leadership development, and ensure that our talent management and learning processes are aligned with business goals.
