Job Purpose
The HR – Taxation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee tax-related matters while maintaining compliance with Philippine tax laws and government regulations. This role manages employee tax records, prepares statutory reports, assists with payroll taxation, and serves as the primary HR resource for employee tax inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Process and monitor employee tax compliance, including BIR registration, Tax Identification Numbers (TIN), and tax updates.
Prepare, review, and submit tax-related reports and documents in compliance with BIR regulations.
Ensure the accurate computation and withholding of employee taxes during payroll processing.
Prepare and distribute BIR Form 2316 and other required tax documents.
