Job Purpose:
Drives strategic workforce initiatives to ensure optimal staffing that aligns with business goals. This role focuses on developing and implementing workforce metrics, conducting manpower studies, and providing insights to enhance productivity while managing costs. The position requires close collaboration with departments to ensure workforce plans are agile, cost-effective, and executed within SLAs. Additionally, the Senior Manager/Manager plays a key role in aligning organizational structure and talent management with the companyβs long-term objectives, fostering a proactive approach to workforce management.
