An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Systems Manager to join a well-respected Organisation based in Central London. This is a temporary role leading the set up and configuration of IRIS Cascade. The postholder will be supporting back end development and liaising with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and configuration of IRIS Cascade HRIS modules
• Customise workflows, user roles, and permissions based on organisational needs
• Configure and maintain Networx ATS integration within Cascade, including data mapping
• Review current system set-up and recommend enhancements and system efficiencies
• Ensure seamless data flow between Cascade and Networx, including recruitment data syncing and HR record updates
• Manage user access rights between systems
