Key Accountabilities
- Manage the HR Pipeline. Ensures completeness, monthly and quarterly communications. Aligns the HR Pipeline with the Azure backlog pipeline.
- Supports and assists Managers with gathering system requirements.
- Lead the testing for lifecycle CR’s and Workday bi-annuals.
- Stays abreast on Workday support cases and workday community.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining Job Aids, SOP’s and other HR Supporting material.
