Overview
Join a diverse HR team in a dynamic Space Electronics business. As an HR Support you translate HR strategy into solutions, supporting employees and managers.
Responsibilities
- Provide HR services to Airbus employees and managers in partnership with the business.
- Advise the business on all people‑related matters.
- Drive the execution of business HR plans and support the release and interpretation of HR metrics and reports to management.
- Apply HR policies, E&C standards and national labor regulations toward management.
- Ensure coherency and harmonization in the implementation of compensation, benefits, training and recruitment policies in coordination with management and according to business objectives.
- Support and encourage the development of all employees.
