Job Description

The HR Support Specialist II will be the primary contact for employees for all HR administrative and operational activities, delivering an efficient, high quality and consistent service to employees. They will provide support through centralized communication channels while providing back office support to the HRBPs, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition team.

Note: This position qualifies for an optional hybrid work schedule after 90 days of onsite work and onboarding. Employee will be subject to the terms of the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.

What you'll do

  • Acts as a first line of HR support for unionized & non-unionized workforce in resolution of a wide variety of employee issues. Actively triaging, resolving, and/or escalating each item; remains online and available to answer employee inquiries and phone calls using call center technology Oracle Helpdesk according to the team’s collectively-created support schedule
