The HR Supervisor will primarily manage relationships with agency partners, ensuring manpower requirements are met and agency concerns are addressed. The role may also expand to include incident management, such as handling employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

4. HR Analytics & Reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
At least 3–5 years of HR experience, with exposure in Agency Management
