We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR records management. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities while helping ensure a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities

+ Administer benefits and open enrollment support

+ Maintain HR compliance records

+ Coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling

+ Support training and performance processes


Requirements

+ 3+ years of HR experience

+ Strong analytical and organizational skills

+ HRIS proficiency
