Job Description
We are looking to hire an HR Specialist (Payroll) who will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations, employee benefits administration, and payroll compliance for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest organizations in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable based on performance and business needs.
The role sits within the Human Capital Department and reports directly to the relevant Human Capital Manager.
We are looking for a passionate HR Specialist with extensive expertise in payroll operations and a strong understanding of UAE payroll regulations, compensation and benefits, and Oracle Fusion HCM. You should have proven experience independently managing payroll cycles, validating payroll transactions, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and financial controls.
