What You Bring
- Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity, and legal compliance, and providing comprehensive HR support across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication, influencing, conflict‑management, and negotiation skills, able to lead difficult conversations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Advanced written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages are a plus.
- Aptitude and enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes, consistently identifying opportunities for automation and promoting best practices.
