The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a leading global firm seeking a proactive and solutions-focused HR Specialist to join their Sydney CBD team. This permanent role is full-time, though a 4-day work week will be considered for the right candidate. The Role
Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Manager (Australia), you will balance hands-on business-as-usual operations with key strategic programs. Your primary focus will include:
- Talent Acquisition: Assisting with end-to-end recruitment for lawyers and support staff, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and reference reporting.
- Graduate & Clerkship Campaigns: Overseeing the complete Summer Clerkship and Graduate Recruiting lifecycle, including campus event attendance and university brand promotion.
