Main objectives:
β’ Solid understanding of HR operations in a shared service center.
β’ Ensure an effective back end operation is run with seamless collaboration with inter departments and external bodies.
β’ Collaborate with the regional stakeholders with focus in SAP region (Malaysia, Indonesia,Singapore, Thailand, Philippine and Vietnam) to oversee the HR payroll and administrative tasks.
β’ Ensure the integrity of HR data.
β’ SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Workday and BIPO HRMS.
Main tasks
Employee master data creation
βͺ Work as Workday & BIPO HCM admin user in SAP region for new joiner, leaving, transfer cases.
βͺ Create and maintain the employee master data in Workday and BIPO HRMS for master data
βͺ Organize and maintain employee records, ensure the confidential form/documents are store in a safety manner.
