Reporting to the HR Shared Service Administration Team Leader, the HR Shared Services Administrator will act as first point of contact across the business for all HR administration and provide a comprehensive service supporting all HR transactional work.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (hybrid working)

Key Duties of an HR Shared Services Administrator:

  • Making appropriate system changes in relation to, New Starters, Leavers, Temporary Workers, Benefits, Pension and Payroll.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails coming into the HR Services email box.
  • Raise Approval to Recruits (ATR) for Non-Management positions in the Group.
  • Raise Payroll Adjustment Forms (PAF) for the employees employed by the Group.
  • Processing new starters, movers and leavers.
  • Initiating reference requests for new starters and accurately complete external requests for references within an agreed ti...
