Job Description
Lead and oversee key Human Resource functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, HRIS, and employee records management.
Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and onboarding processes, including job fairs, interviews, and orientation programs.
Handle labor and employee relations, including discipline management, compliance with labor laws, and coordination with legal stakeholders.
Develop and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives, such as wellness and company activities.
Ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems.
Monitor HR team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and key result areas (KRAs).
Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to management.
Support operational requirements and lead special HR projects as assigned.
