Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Services
+ Manage employee onboarding processes, partnering with Staffing, HRIS, Payroll, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant employee experience. Handle all tasks for the employee exit process, working closely with HRBPs to coordinate employees and ensure completion.
+ Manage employee lifecycle administration, including employee records management, contract administration, retirement processing, work injury case management, employee data maintenance, and responses to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
+ Coordinate with external service providers on Hukou applications for local employees and other related support, and work permits and residence permits applications for foreign employees.
