HR Reporting Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, HR Reporting to enhance our reporting capabilities, primarily using SuccessFactors. In this role, you will help ensure data consistency, streamline HR reporting processes, and improve our people analytics capabilities. You will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance teams to manage both recurring and ad hoc reporting, with a strong focus on data quality, meaningful reporting, and delivering actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage reports in SuccessFactors by utilizing the SuccessFactors Report Center to generate reports on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, tenure, and compensation. Enhance and automate reporting processes by identifying opportunities to automate SuccessFactors reports, reducing manual effort while ensuring timely and accurate report delivery.
