Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
+ Source, screen, and interview candidates
+ Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
+ Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure accurate documentation
