Job Description

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The HR Process improvement analyst will support the Process Operation team in developing and maintaining the documentation of processes, policies and procedures for the Human Resources area with a local and global impact, ensuring standardization, regulatory compliance, clear and concise documentation. Identify, propose, and follow up in continuous improvement projects to promote process optimization.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
**Documentation management**: Creation, modification, and obsolescence of documentation
Use of digital tools to create, maintain, and distribute documentation.
Ensure documents are clear, accurate, and easily accessible to stakeholders.
Support in the improvement and documentation of processes and procedures based on several regulations and according to project needs.
Audit current HR processes and procedures to maintain documentation up to date and identify improvement projects in them.
