DOMAIN: Talent Management
PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To co-ordinate and facilitate Talent and Employment Equity functions within business units as well as supporting the achievement of HR business objectives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Human Resources or related field Diploma/Degree or NQF equivalent is essential
Human Resources or related field post graduate qualification is desirable
At least 3 years HR experience in a mining environment is essential
At least 3 years Talent Management experience in a mining environment is desirable
Computer literacy (MS Office Package) is essential
A valid medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain such a certificate
