Our client, a leading organization in the energy and environmental sector, is seeking a HR Policy Specialist to join their team.
As a HR Policy Specialist, you will be part of the People Governance and Leadership Development department supporting policy review, restructuring, and revision initiatives.
**Job Title:** HR Policy Specialist
**Location:** 100% Remote | should be based in NYS
**Pay Range:** $45-$55/HR

+ Execute comprehensive policy audits and gap analyses to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
+ Establish a policy inventory and design strategic prioritization matrix to streamline ongoing updates and revisions.
