Role Purpose:Co-ordinate and maintain all aspects of payroll processing and salary remuneration, as well as maintain and enhance a professional Human Resources service to the Company by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs, and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE NQF 6 or higher HR qualification; 10 years experience in HR management/advisory role in a diverse working environment; Strong industrial relations experience; Sound knowledge of employment law and the practical application thereof; 5-year VIP Payroll experience including e Filing; Compeasy and COID experience; Key Responsibilities1.
