We are seeking an HR Operations Transformation Lead to manage the end-to-end execution of a major Scheme of Transfer. You will bridge project strategy and operational execution—ensuring seamless employee migrations, robust data controls, and smooth stakeholder alignment across a 1,000+ headcount scope.

- Project Delivery: Own the HR workstream plan, milestones, RAID log, and governance routines for the transfer.
