Role Summary and Impact

The HR Operations Executive is at the heart of our people experience, owning the end-to-end employee lifecycle from day one to last day. This role takes full accountability for onboarding, off‑boarding, and confirmation processes, ensuring every touchpoint is seamless, timely, and reflects the WPP Media standard. Beyond lifecycle management, the role covers benefits administration, HRDC submissions, Employment Pass applications, and HR process coordination.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, People Operations.
