Salary Range: ₱22,000 – ₱28,000/month (based on experience)
We need an HR who is ALREADY EXPERIENCED — someone who can FIX, ORGANIZE, and IMPROVE our store operations.
We need someone who can LEAD, IMPLEMENT, and ADVISE management right away.
Qualifications (Strict Requirements):
- Minimum 2–5 years HR experience in retail, F&B, or store operations
- Strong background in discipline management, memos, and incident handling
- Experienced in training sales staff, cashiers, helpers, and inventory roles
- Knowledgeable in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG processing & employee benefits
