Our client, a respected organisation within the hospitality sector, is seeking a dedicated HR Officer to strengthen their team and help deliver outstanding service through effective human resources practices. Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: HR systems (Uniclox) Verify employee attendance registers against Uniclox system Provide with timecard reports for overtime taken for both monthly and fortnight employees Check on any missed punches and absenteeism Add new employees on the Uniclox clocking system and take finger prints for clocking Coordinate and prepare monthly payroll on Sage Capture and load new employees on Sage Maintain and update leave, medical aid reconciliation and employee benefits on Sage Coordinate leave administration and filing of all relevant documents.
