Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering or any related course
- Minimum (2) years of working experience as HR Officer in Manufacturing Industry
- Preferably with background in ISO 9001:2015
- Experiences in all facets of Human Resources and Development
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensures adherence of employees to established rules, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth flow of operations and disciplined work environment.
- Consolidates semi- annual performance evaluation results of all employees and prepares performance evaluation reports.
- Prepares and issues notice to explain to erring plant direct employees.
- Assists immediate superior in handling employee concerns particularly grievance and disciplinary processes counsels parties and prepares accurate documentation
