We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Generalist Manager with strong hands-on exposureย in the BPO and IT industry. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of fast-paced BPO and ITย environments, high-volume workforce management, attrition control strategies, statutory compliance and theย ability to drive HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
โ Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, employee relations, compliance, performance management, stakeholder management, and HR strategy execution.
โ Work closely with delivery heads, operations managers, and leadership teams.
โ Provide HR insights and analytics to drive business decisions.
